Founder BioSusan Isay, President / Sales DirectorSusan has been professionally involved in the publishing industry since 2004. Before starting The Provisions Book Co., Susan held the position of Regional Publisher and Sales Director at Metropolitan Media Group, a publishing company consisting of award winning lifestyle publications and direct mail programs. These responsibilities included overseeing the sales efforts for Eden Prairie Magazine, Lake Minnetonka Magazine and other local publications. As a Regional Publisher and Sales Director, Susan led a wonderful team of sales associates and achieved rapid growth of these specialty products. She assisted in turning them into a multimillion dollar publishing company. Lori Duncan, Senior Sales Associate : : Provisions I am happy to have returned to the professional world after 18 years, by joining my close friend Susan Isay and the Provisions Book Company! With a love for design, this small, beautiful direct mailer caught my attention, and the time seemed perfect for its launch and a new sales position. My latter college years were spent working for a talented, young graphic designer, Jennifer Closner, whose work helped hone my appreciation for color, design, and layout while developing my design aesthetic. As an Art History major and one-time design student, I have always been drawn to graphics. After college, I began a career in Sales with Midwest Systems, learning how to then develop my natural sales abilities into a successful career. Years of experiences and personal relationships have led me to a professional philosophy that recognizes the value of customer service and a personal care for one's clients and their businesses.
